I'm a User Researcher and Research Strategist passionate about helping teams understand their users and make better product decisions through meaningful insights, and the creator of The Insight Room.
With experience supporting research projects across a range of digital products and industries, I have contributed to work for teams behind some of the world's most recognised brands. Through these experiences, I have conducted qualitative research, usability testing, interviews, and discovery studies to uncover user needs, behaviours, and opportunities.
My focus is not just on gathering insights, but on transforming research into clear stories and actionable recommendations that help teams make confident product decisions. I believe great research creates impact when insights are understood, trusted, and connected to real user and business outcomes.
I enjoy collaborating with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring the user voice into the decision-making process and help teams build products that genuinely solve user needs.
Alongside my research work, I'm the founder and host of UXR Minds, a podcast and community platform where I interview UX leaders, share research practices, and help researchers grow their skills and impact.
